Holistic Wellness Initiative builds, purchases, renovates, leases, and sales single-family and multi-family affordable units. Holistic Wellness Initiative also provides transitional housing for displaced, homeless, and recovering people. Throughout the years, our management has developed collaborative relationships with community minded lending institutions, investors, housing authorities, service providers, and contractors to help those in need of a place to call home. Atlanta Housing's Homeownership Program (Down Payment Assistance) is designed to help increase home ownership opportunities for low-to-moderate income first-time home-buyers, which are those persons at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) as published by the U.S. Department of HUD. This is accomplished through community development support, partnerships, outreach initiatives, home-buyer education and subsidy assistance. Eligible candidates can receive up to $25,000 in subsidy assistance from Atlanta Housing. The Atlanta Housing’s Down Payment Assistance Program can be used in conjunction with down payment assistance funding from other sources or agencies.
